Bunded Oil Tanks consist of a ‘tank within a tank’. Fuel is stored in the inner tank, whilst the outer tank acts as a failsafe in case of a spill, significantly reducing the risk of an environmental pollution incident. In Ireland and the UK, Bunded Tanks are today a requirement at all commercial, industrial and institutional installations, as well as most domestic and agricultural installations too.
This Bunded Heating Oil Tank is supplied complete with the following equipment as standard:
- 2” lockable, oil tank fill point
- 5” lockable oil tank inspection point
- 2” Diameter fuel tank vent
- Lockable access lid
- 32mm Diameter electronic gauge point
- Tank Contents Dipstick
- 1” Diameter BSP bottom outlet.
